For best results please supply your files in the following format:
- RGB (Adobe 1998 or sRGB colour space)
- JPEG
- 300dpi (Minimum 150dpi for prints A2 and larger)
- Max 15mb filesize
- Scaled to 100% full bleed
NOTE: While all files will be checked, we cannot correct the formatting.
Please edit all images correctly before uploading to avoid delays.

We’ve put some templates together to help you scale your images, and add a 10% border if you like.
Files should be uploaded at full bleed, so if you want to include a border around your image they should be formatted within your files.
If your image is portrait, just rotate the file 90 degrees and upload it. We will ensure it is displayed in landscape format.
Create a file in the largest size you want to sell, so if you want to sell A3, A2, and A1, upload an A1 file.

A2 (16.5 x 23.4″or 42 x 59.4cm)
A1 (23.4 x 33.1″ or 59.4 x 84.1cm)
We provide Colour Profiles, but our print techniques have exceptional colour matching to the digital files, so it’s not essential that you use them.

Please be aware that each product has multiple paper choices, so if you want to use specific colour profiles you will need to create one product per paper type.
